Taxes
All taxes and allowances which by the government or the other authority is levied, including an airport administrator, we are obliged of you to collect or concerning you and your flight to pay, can we at you separately charge and these must being paid by you. Aviation taxes and allowances fluctuate constant and can be charged after your reservation has been confirmed. If such a tax or allowance is introduced or raised after you have booked, then you must pay before your departure.
Liabilities
The one who books travel for itself and several participants is responsible for all others which he/she presents

Infant( 0-2 years) :One way 30 euro
Senior(60+) : No discount
Reservation Change Costs
Changes are allowed with an additional charge of 50,= euros per person per one way + the difference between the new fare and the original fare..
Changing name
Spellings mistake are changed free of charge. Passenger name can be changed with an additional charge of 50,= euros per one way plus the difference between the new fare and the original fare.
Cancellation
Cancellation are not allowed unless a cancellation insurance is taken. We recommend you to make a cancellation insurance not to worry about the financial consequences.
Payment
The total amount must be paid within the specified period. If the total amount is not paid within the set period, we have the right to cancel the reservation
Payments already received is not refunded in this case. After receipt of the total amount the travel documents are sent to the provided address approx. 7 days before the departure date..
Delays and Flight Changes
We do not take responsibility for a possible blockage at the airports. There can be delays because of busy air traffic, strikes, weather conditions and/ or technical reasons.Should there be a delays on the return flight, TICKETPOT. COM is not responsible for the resulting expenses.
The planned flight times are generally mentioned by the booking. The flight days and times mentioned on the site may change. You will find the definite times on your ticket. Until the day of departure can there be changes because of unforeseen reasons. The airline carrier, aircraft type, the airport and the times can change. TICKETPOT.COM cannot be put responsible for such changes.
Children travelling alone
Children younger than 12 years planning to travel alone will not be accepted on the flights. However, children between 12 and the 16 years old can travel by without company.
Handicapped passengers
The transportation of passengers traveling with a wheelchair or needing assistance ecessarily have, is subject to limitations and must be communicated at the booking time.
Luggage
The maximum allowed luggage that can be checked in varies by airline company. For this reason we cannot tell you for sure a permitted quantity. Most airline companies accept maximum of 20 kilos. We advise you to check your ticket.
Customs
For Turkey, you need a passport or European identification card which is valid minimum 3 months after departure date. Turkey applies visa for Dutch citizens. This visa costs 12 Euro and can be obtained on arrival at the airport in Turkey. If you do not have Dutch nationality, you should get information on exact visa requirements from a Turkish Consulate.. TICKETPOT.COM cannot be responsible if travel does not happen due to lack of necessary travel documents .
Complaints
Complaints about the trip can be submitted in writing within 4 weeks after the trip. Complaints which are received after the specifed period or reported verbally are not handled.
Travel Insurance
If you booked a travel insurance and should something seriously happen during your trip, you can get help at the emergency centre. On this emergency centre you can get help 24 hours per day by the care workers. They can help you with finding a correct solution for your problem. All this is covered if you buy a travel insurance. The tour operator is not responsible for damage for which revendication on compensation exists on account of a travel - and/or cancellation insurance. That damage must be claimed from the insurance company It is recommend to book a travel insurance.
Travel cost and duration
All prices on the price list have been indicated per person and bound to the departure date. The travel duration has been mentioned in complete days, where the departure - and arrival days are included in the travel duration.
