Travel assistance and restrictions

Passengers who require special assistance can notify this upon booking their flight. Should you book your flight with a departure time of 48 hours or less, we may not be able to guarantee to meet all of your requirements at short notice.

Passengers who are younger that 2 years old (0-24 Months) are classed as a baby. Babies are able to travel from the age of 7 days old. You are able to bring baby food and formula aboard during the flight. You are permitted to bring a max. 100 ml of warm water (to mix with formula) with you on the flight. One adult is permitted to travel with a maximum of one baby each. A baby is entitled to 1 piece of checked in baggage with a maximum weight of 10kg. You are not permitted to book excess baggage for their baby’s booking.

Pregnant passengers are able to travel with-or-without a doctor’s note, depending on the gestation period. The circumstances under which a pregnant passenger can fly is dependant on the airline of choice.
Generally you will not need a doctor’s note between 0-24 weeks of your pregnancy.
Should your pregnancy be slightly larger than normal, we recommend that you still provide a doctor’s note.
The terms under which a pregnant passenger can travel will vary per airline between 25 34 weeks of pregnancy.

If you are expecting multiple births we advice you to consult a physician prior to your travels. Pregnancies with complications are always required to provide a doctios note prior to their travels.

The doctors note must be issued within 7 days of departure. Please consider your return journey!

Unaccompanied minors cannot be booked via the website but must always be booked by calling the Call Center.

Minors are not able to travel unaccompanied between the ages of 0-6.

Between the ages of 6-14. minors are only able to travel unaccompanied under supervision of a member of staff.

Minors are only able to travel unaccompanied with the permission of their legal guardian. Minors will be accompanied to the aircraft by a member of staff and will entrust the child to a member of the cabin crew. Parents are required to remain at the airport until departure of the flight. After arriving at the destination, the minor will be entrusted to the person collecting the child.

Passengers with a medical statement are able to request extra oxygen aboard their flight. You are able to request extra oxygen by calling our Call Center. Bottles are not permitted aboard the flight.

The conditions for which the use of oxygen aboard the flight is dependant on the airline of choice.

Here a few general terms and conditions:
-    The use of your own bottles aboard the flight is not permitted.
-    Passengers are to operate their own machine and are to be in the company of someone who can assist with this.

Should you wish to bring your own Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC), you will need to provide a doctor’s note in both Dutch and English Language. The note must be issued within a maximum of 7 days before departure. The POC is to have been charged sufficiently.
