The prices displayed for our products are offered in Euro’s, including VAT. Delivery charges are not included and will be displayed separately upon payment.
The price offered on your chosen product will remain the same price as on the date and time your order was placed.

Orders placed on our web shop are to be payed for in advance. You will automatically arrive at the payment options during the payment procedure. For our FREE products you will only pay for delivery.

Upon receiving your payment we shall send you email confirmation of your order and will have your order delivered to you within 2-4 working days, should your chosen product be in stock. All orders will only be delivered in the Netherlands.
The vast majority of our products are fully stocked and directly available for shipment. Should you have ordered multiple products we shall endeavour to have all products delivered to you in one shipment. In which case, the delivery time will be equal to the product with the longest delivery time.

Please check upon delivery whether you have received the correct items. Should your delivery not be in order, there be items mission or (part of your delivery be) damaged, please do not hesitate to contact our Call Centre, who can advise you on how to proceed and endeavour to solve the issue for you.

Should you wish to file a complaint or return an item, you will need to contact our Call Centre, who can process your query and indicate on how to proceed.

Returns are only possible when notifying us of your return.

We do not have a customer service department as all queries are dealt with by our Call Centre.

Postage fees will not be refunded.
